Know God

You may asking yourself today, How can I know God?  That’s a great question, your not alone, millions of people all over the world are asking that same question and many other questions like; If I died today, would I have assurance that I would go to Heaven? Can my sins be forgiven?  Can that void, deep down inside be filled? Well if you want to know God today, there’s just a few things you need to know really quickly:

1. God Loves You!

The Bible says, “God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.” You were created for Gods love! The problem is that . . .

2. We’ve messed up

All of us have done, said or thought things that are wrong. This is called sin, and our sins have separated us from God.

3. God did the unthinkable

To bring us back into relationship with God, Jesus came from heaven to earth and lived among us. God literally became a man through Jesus Christ and lived a sinless life, then died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins and rose again from the grave so that we can have life everlasting with God forever. Amazing!

4. A New Start

God offers all of us a New Start at life today. This new life starts by accepting Jesus as your Savior and turning from your sins. You can ask Him to into your life right now by praying a prayer like this:

“Lord Jesus, I believe you are the Son of God. Thank you for dying on the cross for my sins. Please forgive my sins and give me the gift of eternal life. I ask you in to my life and heart to be my Lord and Savior. I want to serve you always.”
